CrestHall was formed in 2010 when we took over two management contracts for a family friend. We now manage over 600 units over 40 buildings for clients all over the world. The formula for our success and growth has been simple – we pride ourselves on our best-in-class service, ownership mindset and hands-on approach to property management. We place the owners and tenants at the centre of everything we do and have built systems, processes and communication channels to ensure their constant satisfaction.
Our Story
CrestHall was founded in 2012 when we saw a need for professional property management that was cost-effective while never compromising on quality. With a wide range of experience, we work to keep costs down while still offering a very high level of personal service. One of CrestHall’s biggest assets is that we have a very impressive contractor list – ensuring every job we take on is met with excellence.
Our mission is to continue to grow our portfolio of properties. However, we are an ethical business determined to offer our clients and tenants a personal and detailed service even as we expand.
